To Fire 1, customer service means providing assistance in a friendly, honest and proficient manner. From your first point of contact, you can expect accurate responses, as we ensure that all staff possess a thorough knowledge of the services we offer.
However, we further pledge that if your first point of contact is unable to assist you, you will be referred to someone else within Fire 1 who can.
When your query is made by email, the appropriate staff member will respond in a timely fashion. A timely fashion means within a 24 hour period. If it is received by phone, a timely fashion means within the same workday. If Fire 1 cannot meet your request, the reasons will be explained to you in a kind and professional manner with the appropriate referral if necessary.
